Techno Controls is one of the group companies of Techno Group, involved in manufacturing of temperature sensors for Electrical rotary machines.

The company was established in 1998 and location of the company is at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

The Total area of the company is 18,000 square feet.

Techno controls has an expertise in manufacturing Temperature sensors for Electric Motors ,generators , wind power generator, alternators. These temperature sensors are used for Stator winding temperature measurement and bearing temperature measurement. These types of sensors are supplied to all leading Motors, Generators, wind power generators and transformer manufacturer companies in India as well as exported to European Countries like France, Estonia, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, Finland etc. Techno Controls has implemented Quality assurance system and certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015. It has also implemented health and safety system and certified according to ISO 45001: 2018.

The product portfolio of Techno Controls is stator winding resistance temperature detector (bifilar design) , bearing temperature detectors and wire wound RTD elements.

Techno Controls manufacture Stator sensors for normal area as well as for Hazardous location.

These sensors are available with product certification of Increase safety "Ex eb"(ATEX and IECEx), Intrinsically safe “Ex ia” (ATEX and IECEx) ,CSA,UKEx, CCC, TRCU, UKEx, INMTERO, ECAS-Ex etc.
